Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered from VASHP.COM. Here's how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, innerwear, and customised products are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged on arrival.

How to Request a Return

Email us at vashp.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through pickup or drop-off instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Let us know when you request your return and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
